When I first visited Boston in the summer of 2015 it was one of my favourite places that I travelled to in the United States of America and when one of my best friends from university moved back to the US after we graduated, I knew I’d be back there soon. The time came this summer (2019) when I went to stay with Harriet and her sister for a week in their new house in Providence, Rhode Island.
Spending one of my days there in central Boston, I decided to re-visit some of my favourite places from my previous trip and the glorious warm weather was an added bonus.
With countless skyscrapers and parks, as well as nearby water and a wealth of history, Boston shares a number of similarities with London so I instantly felt at home both times I’ve been and I can’t wait until Im back again!
